Payments

 

All Payments are collect through Payment gateway, Cheque, Bank Transfer, etc. which are allowed as per the Reserve Bank of India.

Taxes and duty charges:

All prices quoted are exclusive of taxes.

All taxes applicable and allowable by law, need to be paid by the Client and are subject to change as per Government notifications.

Security Deposit:

The Client must pay a security deposit equivalent to two months of the monthly fee (plus taxes where applicable) upon entering into this Agreement. We shall not be liable to pay to the Client any interest on such Security Deposit. The security deposit, or any balance after deducting outstanding fees and other costs due to us, or any of our affiliates or vendors, under this agreement, will be returned to the Client within 20 business days, after the Client has settled their account and has fulfilled all obligations under this agreement. We may require the Client to pay an increased deposit if outstanding fees exceed 50% of the deposit held and/or the Client frequently fail to pay Monthly fees when due.

 

 

Invoices:

BrightGeeks will send all, invoices electronically (where allowed by law). Notification of invoices shall constitute a demand for payment. Membership Fee and other monthly services will be billed in advance and are due by the 1st day of each month. Services will be billed at the end of the month as per usage and are due within 7 days of the date of invoice. If the Client disputes any part of an invoice the Client must pay the amount not in dispute by the due date. The Client shall notify the Designated Manager of any disputes in the invoice, in writing, within seven days of the date of invoice. BrightGeeks, represented by the Designated Manager, shall endeavour to resolve the disputed portion of the invoice, by mutual discussion, within seven days of receipt of dispute in the invoice.

Standard Refund Terms

This Policy is provided in the English language to the extent any translation is provided to you it is provided for convenience purposes only, and in the event of any conflict between the English and translated version, the English version will control and prevail.

Refund Policy for Advance (Partial Payments)

BrightGeeks only collects advance payment of 50% ar 60% (Depends Upon Projects And Type Of Order of total value for any service that are rendered on https://www.brightgeeks.in/ after booking domain, hosting & showing the basic design to costumers and such advances are non-refundable.

Refund Policy for Second (Full Payment)

 

BrightGeeks only collects the rest balance of 50% of the second payment post successful completion of work and such payments are non-refundable

 

Digital Marketing (SEO) Services Refund Policy

You can cancel Digital Marketing (SEO) Services at any time and we will not bill you for future months except 1 upcoming month. However, you will not be refunded the cost of the 1 (one) upcoming month, present or past months since the service has already been planned prepared or performed. If you cancel SEO Services and request a refund within 48 hours of initially purchasing or renewing you can receive a full refund for that month of service After 48 hours, however. you are responsible for paying for that month, but will not be billed for future month .

 

Mode of Refund

 

Refunds on BrightGeeks are based on the mode of payment used to place the order initially, Below are the refund modes initiated by us for various payment options.

Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Internet Banking

If a Credit card, Debit card or internet banking was used as the mode of payment while placing the order, the amount paid will be refunded/ will be credited back to the respective credit/debit card/internet banking account provided at the time of placing the order We initiate refund within a maximum of 7 working days However, it may take up to 7-30 working days for the respective banks to process the refund and reflect in your credit/dabit card statement or internet banking account. Please get in touch with your bank directly in case of any delays after the confirmation of refund by BrightGeeks

 

Thase Refunds Time Frames are Decided As per The Banks and Payment Gateways Guidelines. Once The Refund is inated By BrightGeeks, Customers Will Recieve The Email Confirmation From The Respective Payment Gateway Through Which The Payment Was Made Initially By The Customer
