A website designed for a 3- Day International Conference and Explore Goals of Women Participants.
www.glassceiling.in is an 3-Day International Conference to create awareness and assess the impact of the Glass Ceiling on career development of women employees.
We designed the website of the conference in a way it is intended to impart knowledge to the participants about strategies to address and improve the policies for breaking ‘Glass Ceiling’ and ideas, best practices, and methodologies for empowering women.
How we Completed
As it is an International Conference we developed the website with numerous tabs representing the organizers, speakers and discussion so on.
The Mission
We designed a 3-day conference website for the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) which was set up in November 1945 as a national-level Apex Advisory Body to conduct a survey on the facilities available for technical education and to promote development in the country in a coordinated and integrated manner.
Final Results
The website designed GlassCeiling.in gave all the participants an idea about managerial skills to empower themselves and the research opportunities available in this field.
